- Name of Event: Descriptive title, e.g., Annual Inter-School Debate (1 mark).
- Date: Should be set 10-14 days after the examination date (21 mark).
- Time: Must include a fixed range, e.g., from 10.00a.m.−3.00p.m. (21 mark).
- Venue: Requires both a specific hall/auditorium and a general location, e.g., Sandra Hall, St Lawrence School (21+21 mark).
- Participation: Clear details about the target audience or invitees, e.g., pupils from Class 8 to 10 are eligible (1 mark).
Design and Content Guidelines
- The heading serves to attract attention and is an easy area to score points through imagination.
- Students are encouraged to use the school calendar to practice creating titles for various upcoming events.
- Content can cover various Resident Welfare office-bearer programs: cultural programs, talk shows, children's camps, yoga/aerobic classes, cleanliness drives, or festival celebrations.
