How Can a Child Stay Healthy?

  • Health is influenced by:

    • Diet: What children eat.

    • Activities: Daily physical activities.

  • Children who establish good health habits early are more likely to grow healthy and strong.


Risks of Unhealthy Habits

  • Immediate effects:

    • Children won’t get sick if they skip meals once or twice or indulge in occasional screen time (TV/video games).

  • Long-term effects:

    • Continual skipping of meals or reliance on bad habits can lead to sickness.
