Attend school regularly.

How Can a Child Stay Healthy?
Health is influenced by:
Diet: What children eat.
Activities: Daily physical activities.
Children who establish good health habits early are more likely to grow healthy and strong.
Risks of Unhealthy Habits
Immediate effects:
Children won’t get sick if they skip meals once or twice or indulge in occasional screen time (TV/video games).
Long-term effects:
Continual skipping of meals or reliance on bad habits can lead to sickness.
