Operational Logistics and Vehicle Maintenance

  • Shop Truck Maintenance:

    • One of the shop trucks has bad brakes and requires repair.

    • The shop truck must be dropped off at Alex's location.

    • Christian was picked up to assist with dropping off the truck and managing transport.

Punch List Items 1 through 6: VCC Status, Second Floor, and Water Heater Room

  • Items 1 and 2:

    • Status: Waiting on VCC.

  • Item 3:

    • Status: Waiting on VCC.

  • Item 4:

    • Status: In progress.

    • Progress: Work on the 2nd Floor is almost complete.

  • Item 5 (Water Heater Room Equipment & Conduit):

    • EMT (Electrical Metallic Tubing) conduit was installed to the locations where the pumps are situated.

    • Recycling pumps have not been set by the contractors yet.

    • Once the recycling pumps are set, wire will be pulled and terminated for two out of the four items in the room.

    • Work scheduled for tomorrow includes taking care of the fan coil unit and a couple of additional items in the water heater room.

  • Item 6:

    • Status: Directly associated with the scope of work in Item 5 (including the fan coil unit and water heater room tasks).

Punch List Items 7 through 13: Concrete, Controls, Generator, ATS, and Breaker Standoffs

  • Items 7 and 8:

    • Status: Waiting on concrete to be set/poured by the responsible crew.

  • Item 9 (Lighting Controls):

    • Status: Wires have been pulled to the lighting control enclosure.

    • Connections: Wires are not made up yet.

  • Item 10 (Generator / "Jenny"):

    • Status: Terminated at the generator ("Jenny").

    • Outstanding Component: Emergency Power Off (EPO) switch is missing.

    • Action Item: The EPO switch is not on hand and will be ordered tomorrow.

  • Item 11 (Automatic Transfer Switch / ATS):

    • Status: Terminations at the ATS were completed.

    • Pending Hardware: Waiting on the breaker standoffs.

    • List Adjustment: Item 11 is to be crossed off/removed from the list, with its remaining pending hardware tracked under Item 12.

  • Breaker Hardware Details:

    • Chris was given a tripped breaker (associated with a 1.751.75 reference) that will not reset.

    • The tripped breaker contains the exact type of standoff needed for the installation.

    • The replacement standoff hardware must match that sample exactly.

  • Item 12:

    • Status: Not done.

    • Scope: Consolidates tracking for the breaker and breaker standoff installation.

  • Item 13:

    • Status: Not done.

Punch List Items 14 through 20: Exit Signs, Material Procurement, and East Top

  • Items 14 and 15:

    • Status: Waiting on VCC.

  • Item 16:

    • Status: Pending; waiting on materials/items to be provided by Chris.

  • Items 17 and 18 (Exit Signs):

    • Status: Waiting on exit signs to arrive.

    • Procurement Timeline: The order for exit signs was submitted approximately 1 week ago.

    • Action Item: Follow up on the status of the exit sign order.

  • Item 19:

    • Status: In progress.

  • Item 20 (East Top):

    • Location/Scope: Equipment at the East top.

    • Action Item: Required item/equipment will be ordered tomorrow.
