1. BELT CONVEYOR 2B

  • Water removal work almost completed.

  • Old idler removed; new idler fixing work completed.

  • Dismantled 2 nos. of paddle feeders for maintenance.

  • All pulleys dismantled for lagging purposes.

  • Drive part dismantled for overhauling.

  • Take-up guide wheels overhauled.

  • Motor overhauling completed.

  • Required Spares:

    • New gear box, pulleys

    • Take-up unit accessories

    • Proper area lighting

    • Nut & bolt sizes: 16x50, 20x120, 22x100

2. BELT CONVEYOR 3B

  • All pulleys dismantled for lagging.

  • Gear box dismantled and overhauled; awaiting oil seal to finalize.

  • Pulley erection and alignment completed except for tail pulley.

  • Idler and deck plate fixing work completed.

  • Self-adjustment carrying idler frame overhauling completed.

  • HT motor overhauling ongoing.

  • Ready for belt laying.

  • Required Spares:

    • 2 nos. of tail pulleys

    • Gear box oil seal

    • Scoop coupling accessories: hose pipe, oil cooler motor, radiator

    • Take-up accessories

3. BELT CONVEYOR 4 A/B

  • All pulleys dismantled for lagging.

  • Gear box dismantled; overhauling almost finished; waiting for oil seal.

  • Idler and deck plate fixing completed.

  • Self-adjustment frames overhauling completed.

  • All pulley erection work done.

  • Motor overhauling ongoing.

  • Required Spares:

    • Gear box oil seal

    • Skirt box accessories: clamp, skirt rubber

    • Nut bolts: 16x50, 20x120, 22x100

    • Self-adjustment frame spring

    • Deck plates (sizes: 1014x1500, 750x1500)

4. BELT CONVEYOR 5A/B

  • All pulleys dismantled for lagging.

  • Gear box dismantling and overhauling completed; awaiting seal.

  • All pulley erection and alignment completed.

  • Idler and deck plate erection completed.

  • Belt laying work completed; 2 nos. of belt joint works done.

  • Required Spares:

    • Gear box oil seal

    • Skirt box accessories: side clamp, skirt rubber, back plate

    • Take-up unit accessories: wire rope, bull dog clamp

    • Fluid coupling fusible plug

5. BELT CONVEYOR 15

  • All pulley dismantle work completed.

  • Conveyor technological structure alignment work ongoing.

  • Idler and frame erection halted due to lack of deck plate and nut bolts.

  • Crusher house side gear box dismantled and overhauled; awaiting oil seal.

  • Scoop coupling dismantled and cleaned.

  • Pulley erection and alignment: 7 of 9 completed.

  • Required Spares:

    • Deck plate, self-adjustment frames, seal plate

    • Drive house side new gear box & scoop coupling

    • Impact idlers

    • Nut bolts: 7000 nos. (16x50); nut bolts: 20x120, 22x100; washers: 7000 each (plain/spring)

6. REVERSIBLE BELT CONVEYOR 2

  • All pulley dismantle work completed.

  • Idler erection work completed.

  • Gear box overhauling completed; oil seal needs replacement.

  • Chute nut bolt tightness work done.

  • Motor overhauling completed.

  • Belt laying work completed.

  • Required Spares:

    • Gear box oil seal

    • Skirt box accessories

    • Take-up unit accessories

7. CRUSHER 1/2/3/4

  • All crushers dismantled.

  • Rust cleaning work done.

  • Rotor freeness work completed.

  • Nut and bolt tightness work done.

  • Hammer balancing inspection completed (found okay).

  • Required Spares:

    • Scoop accessories, oil cooler pump, temperature sensor, multidisc.

8. TRANSFER TOWER 4 TO 9

  • All pulley removal work completed.

  • All gear boxes dismantled for oil seal replacement.

  • Self-adjustment frame overhauling ongoing.

  • 90 nos. of LT motors overhauled; coal sampler motor overhauling completed.

9. UTILITY

  • Electrical hoist inspection completed.

  • Spare report for all hoists submitted to MBPL.

  • Sump pump overhauling completed; awaiting bearing for smooth operation.
