Mortgages and Trusts = concepts and definitions.

Identify what transaction: e.g. selliing, leasing

Identify what the interest is: Fee simple, lease, etc.

Is it registered or unregistered? - (different rules)

e.g. registered interest on torrens is good against the world, except: (we have to identify exception and why)

Fraud = forgery or dishonest conduct
