1. đ§© Daily Routine Bingo
Materials: Bingo grids with routines (in English or French), one per student
How to play: Call out routines in one language (e.g. âse rĂ©veillerâ), students cross off the English word (âwake upâ).
First to get a line shouts âBingo!â
2. đ Daily Schedule Match
Materials: Time cards + activity cards
Task: Students match daily routine verbs to typical times (e.g., 7:00 â wake up / 7h00 â se rĂ©veiller).
Can be done as a race or in pairs.
3. đ Charades
One student acts out a daily activity (e.g., brushing teeth), the others guess in English or French.
Great for kinesthetic learners and reviewing reflexive verbs.
4. đ Memory / Matching Game
Create cards: One set in English, one set in French.
Students turn over two cards at a time trying to find pairs (e.g. âtake a showerâ â âprendre une doucheâ).
5. â My Daily Routine Poster
Students create a poster of their real or ideal daily routine with pictures and simple sentences.
Present in English or French.
Optional oral component: âEvery day, I wake up at 7am. Then IâŠâ

Students interview a partner with a prepared question sheet:
âWhat time do you wake up?â
âDo you watch TV every day?â
Then they introduce their partner to the class: âShe gets up at 6am. She doesnât watch TV during the week.â

Cut out strips with daily routine phrases.
In small groups, students put them in the correct order for a typical day.
Advanced option: rearrange the events for a weekend day or a celebrityâs day.
