  • Creation and Functions of the Regulatory Board:

    • Professional Regulatory Board of Architecture:
    • Composed of a chairman and two members appointed by the President from nominations by a professional organization.

    • Board Members' Qualifications:
    • Must be Filipino citizens, active architects with at least 10 years of experience, and never convicted of moral turpitude.
