Priority Sweep — Identify My Top 3

  • Scope:

Rules:

  • Score each candidate task on the following metrics:

    • Urgency (0–2)
    • Impact (0–2)
    • Expectations (0–2)
  • Selection Process:

    • Rank the items based on the highest total score derived from adding Urgency, Impact, and Expectations scores.
    • In case of tied scores, break ties by comparing deadlines, then expectations.
    • Exclude low-impact or trivial items from the final selection.
