Ultimate frisbee
Basic Rules:
Spirit of the Game: This is what allows Ultimate to be played without referee
interference. Ultimate Frisbee is governed by the honor system. This means players are to call

are allowed to “call out” opponents on infractions, if the problem is not able to be solved and
both players feel they are right the Frisbee goes back to thrower and the play starts over. This
is especially important in PE since there are multiple games going on the teacher may have
difficulty seeing every play.
