Go to business.facebook.com
Log in to your Facebook account first for ease of access
If no business manager exists, create one:
Click "Create Business"
Fill out required information
Click on "Business Settings" after logging in
Complete necessary information to ensure integrity and compliance
Under Accounts, add your Pages, ensuring you have both Facebook and Instagram connected
Go to Security Center: Enable two-factor authentication for enhanced security
Complete the Business Info by entering accurate details about your business
Setting Up Your Ad Account
Access the Business Settings and click on "Ad Accounts"
If no Ad Accounts exist, click "Add" and then "Create New Ad Account"; this will involve payment method input
Ensure your Ad Account is active and ready for future ads
Installing the Facebook Pixel
Purpose: To track user activity on your ClickFunnels pages
Navigate to Events Manager in Business Tools
Verify you have the correct Business Manager selected
Select your ad account ID to find your specific Pixel
Install code manually for tracking:
Copy the Pixel code provided
Open ClickFunnels, navigate to settings, and paste the Pixel code in the head tracking code box
Save and update settings to finalize installation
Integrating Calendly with Facebook
Log into Calendly and navigate to Integrations
Select Facebook Pixel and set up integration
Enter your Facebook Pixel ID (found in Events Manager) to track bookings from Calendly
Creating Custom Conversions
Track critical events:
Registrations (when someone enters email for training video)
Booked Calls
Use Events Manager to set up custom conversions:
"Create Custom Conversion" for each event and define URL traffic rules
Example URL: go.getbookkeepingclients.com/training for registration
Creating Custom Audiences
Purpose: To target segments of people based on their actions
Create three distinct custom audiences:
Registrations within the last 30 days
Registrations within the last 180 days
Booked calls in the last 180 days
Custom audiences are created through Business Tools by selecting audience type and defining parameters based on pixel data
Creating Lookalike Audiences
Lookalike audiences are based on the characteristics of your custom audiences, aiming to find new prospects with similar traits
Two needed:
Lookalike audience for registrations from the last 180 days
Lookalike audience for booked calls from the last 180 days
When creating, define the audience source and size, keeping it at 1% for accuracy
