Premature Atrial Complex
When an irritable site within the atria fires before the next as node impulse
Recognize
Rhythm is irregular; or regular with premature beats
Rate - 60 to 100 bpm
PR - normal or prolonged bit
QRS duration; normal is 0.1 or less
If the 2 RRs are equal it compensatory
If 2 RRs are unequal it is noncompensatory

Abberantly Conducted pac - WIDE QRS BAHAHAH
Nonconducted PAC - happened too early, when the atria was in absolute refractory (when something can NOT receive message at all) and close to the p wave of the t wave of the behind

Cause of PAC -Stimulants, electrolyte imbalance, emotional stress
