12th Generation Intel Core Computer Processors

The 12th Generation Intel Core processors redefine performance for desktop personal computers through new architectures, artificial intelligence-based performance, and comprehensive wireless and wired connectivity options. These processors deliver higher levels of power and performance to meet user aspirations by employing a performance hybrid architecture alongside a highly scalable architecture. Furthermore, they feature an industry-leading overclocking tool designed for the ultimate in performance customisation, while providing support for both DL and CS. This hardware generation is illustrated in Figure 4.12 12th Generation Computer Processor.

13th Generation Intel Core Computer Processors

On September 27, 2022, Intel revealed the 13th Generation Intel Core processor family, anchored by the flagship 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900K, which stands as the world's fastest desktop processor. The 13th Generation Intel Core lineup comprises six new unlocked desktop processors featuring up to 24 cores and 32 threads. These units reach blazing clock speeds up to $5.8\,\text{GHz}$, providing the optimal computing environment for gaming, streaming, and recording experiences. Universal Serial Bus (USB) Ports

Universal Serial Bus, abbreviated as USB, is a fundamental interface within the identification of different input/output ports. A USB port functions as a standard cable connection interface engineered to connect desktop computers, laptop systems, and various consumer electronic devices.

Type-C Input and Output Ports

The Type-C port, also widely recognized as USB-C, is a specialized variant of input/output interface. Type-C ports are distinguished by their tiny physical footprint, fully reversible connector design, and universal functionality, allowing them to be utilized seamlessly across multiple devices.
