First Law of Reflection

The angle of incidence equals the angle of reflection. A normal line is perpendicular to the surface where light hits; the angle between the normal and incoming light equals the angle between the normal and reflected light.

Second Law of Reflection

The incident ray, reflected ray, and the normal to the surface are all in the same plane.
