%%Belief in God:%%

'The oneness of Allah’, concept of tawhid meaning ‘oneness, absolute, alone’-surah 112:1-4

‘He is Allah, the One, Allah eternal and Absolute. There is no one like Him.’

This means Allah is the creator and sustainer of life, beyond human limitations and their is nothing like Him.

%%Belief in the Divine Books:%%

According to Muslims, the other 4 sources of authority(Torah, Psalms, Gospels and Scrolls) have all lost original form or been changed. This means the Qur’an is the only one that has the direct word of Allah.

%%Belief in Qadr:%%

Qadr means everything is ordered by Allah, and that Allah knows everything and nothing is by chance. Humans have free will, but Allah knows their past, present and future choices, but they don’t.

%%Belief in the angels:%%

Muslims believe angels do the work of Allah, they deliver revelations via the prophets so that Muslims know what Allah wants them to do. They record the words and actions of every individual, so they have a book to account for their lives. The receive souls at death, they don’t have free will and obey Allah’s commands.

%%Belief in the Day of Judgement:%%

Muslims believe there will be a day when all Muslims and others stand alone in front of Allah, who decide with they go to Jannah or Jahannam based on their deeds. Human life acts as a test for the eternal life to come.

%%Belief in the prophets:%%

Muslims believe Prophets and messengers are chosen by Allah to deliver His message to humankind. Believe Allah has revealed messages throughout time to guide humanity and that the Prophet Muhammad was the last of the Prophets and given the ultimate guidance in the Qur’an. This meant there was no need for more Prophets.
