Logistics and Schedule

• Entire event is taking place on the Main Floor (Floor 1) for Day 1.
  • On Day 2, at least one breakout room will move up one floor (Floor 2); facilitators will provide guidance.
• Multiple breakout sessions are scheduled; each room is clearly labeled with signage posted outside.
• Immediately after the morning welcome, participants break for lunch, then reconvene for the first keynote.

Health & Safety Announcements

• Severe peanut allergy alert
  • One attendee has a very severe peanut allergy.
  • All peanuts have been removed from the provided snack tables.
  • Participants are asked to keep any personal peanut products sealed and out of common areas.
  • Compliance is critical for the attendee’s safety and everyone’s comfort.

Professional Development (PD) Credits & Certificates

• Sign-in sheets are located at the entrance of each session room.
  • If you want PD points or a completion certificate:
  • Sign your name every time you enter a session.
  • Sheets will be collected and compiled by conference staff.
  • If you do NOT want PD points or a certificate:
  • Do not sign any sheet; signing is purely optional.
• Missing a sign-in for a desired session will result in that session not counting toward your PD total.

Refreshments & Hospitality

• Complimentary drinks and snacks are available at the main entrance refreshment station.
  • The station will be replenished continuously throughout both days.
• Attendees are encouraged to hydrate and refuel during breaks; feel free to take items between sessions.

Vendor Area & Networking

• A designated vendor hall is open whenever you have downtime.
• Organizers encourage visiting each booth to:
  • Learn about products and services relevant to agriculture and healthy eating.
  • Express appreciation for vendor support, which helps fund prizes and amenities.

Prizes & Keynote Preview

• Numerous prize drawings are scheduled across the two-day event.
  • The first major prize giveaway occurs immediately before lunch on Day 1.
  • Representatives of the sponsoring organization will:
  • Deliver a short presentation about their mission and offerings.
  • Invite attendees to visit their booth during the lunch break.
• Keynote Speaker:
  • Slated for the early afternoon session (directly following lunch and prize drawing).
  • Expected to provide insights tying agriculture practices to healthy eating frameworks.
