  • how long did contrsuction to take, what were the phases of development, what was economy looking like, what was the place trying to communicate with this project (innovation or restoration), any external influences in the design process or construction process, what was the main spatial organisation, does it give back to the community in any way (public or private), did it contirbute to government services or for private organisation, what is being celebrated.
