Card Testing & Decline Simulation

• Current test card marked as “declined” still approves in sandbox.
  • Reminder: both a special card and a specific dollar amount must be entered to force a decline.

Posting File (Batch Settlement)

• DMV team already delivered the “standard posting file” specifications.
• Specs presumed complete; no further gaps identified.

RTPNS – Real-Time Payment Notification Service

• Needed items: IP addresses & DNS endpoints to which payment notifications will be pushed.
• Status by environment:
  • SFTP UAT: many IPs already whitelisted.
  • Prod: still pending.
• Specific gaps
  • No real-time notification hostnames from either DMV or ETIMS yet.
  • Benoit claims callback URLs for test and prod were shared earlier; will resend.
• $\text{Action}$: Peter to e-mail Benoit/Ruby list of missing endpoints for confirmation.

Demo / Project Timeline

• Targeted internal demo originally mid-July; slipped to August.
  • POS component still the long pole.
  • Arvin has just returned from PTO; will provide revised date.
• Google Pay, Apple Pay & other digital-wallet testing begun.
  • SDK integration for mobile app under way; refunds still being vetted.
• Overall go-live unaffected; demo now scheduled for $\text{August}$.

Digital Wallets & Mobile SDK

• Google Pay / Apple Pay integrations in progress; may not be in first release.
• Refund workflows across wallets still under investigation.

Agent Dashboard – Single Sign-On (SSO)

• Two use-cases:
  1. Back-office payment research & reconciliation (OCFO/Trellant).
  2. POS cashiers initiating payments (John’s DMV CSR team).
• Two technical options offered:
  • Basic SSO.
  • SAML SSO (already used on DOB project).
  • Security roughly equivalent; SAML more feature-rich.
• Required artifacts
  • Group names to be created.
  • Object IDs & certificates.
  • API calls for group provisioning.
• Meeting proposed for $03{:}30$ tomorrow to walk through 200+ permission flags.
  • DMV availability uncertain; may piggy-back on existing ETIMS call.

User Groups, Permissions & Access Matrix

• Over $200$ granular permissions exist in Agent Dashboard.
• Hugo will circulate spreadsheet listing each permission; DMV to mark “X” for needed rights.
• Typical roles discussed:
  • Treasury / OCFO (full research & reporting).
  • CSR / Cashiers (execute payments only).
  • Reconciliation / Support.
• Dummy group already created for initial testing.

ETIMS / Destiny / Current-State Workflows

• Present-day payment look-ups happen in ETIMS auto-payment screen via reference #.
• Additional escalations routed to OCFO (Beverly Keenan) for deep research.
• Goal: replicate same visibility in new dashboard while minimising duplicated effort.

IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Integration

• Convenience-fee rate confusion:
  • Contract rate was $2.65\%$.
  • IVR scripts drafted for $2.75\%$.
  • Negotiated down to $2.50\%$ based on increased volume.
• Audio prompts NOT yet professionally recorded; will update wording before recording.
• John to supply signed amendment/contract evidencing new $2.5\%$ rate.
• Decline vs. error responses
  • Typical card issues (CVV, expiry, NSF) will return DECLINED.
  • System errors may still surface FAILED; expected to be rare post-UAT.

IP Whitelisting & SFTP

• Multiple SFTP IPs already in firewall; Benoit re-verifying list.
• Need separate whitelist entries for DMV & ETIMS (UAT only at this time).

Action Items & Owners

• Peter → Forward decline-test matrix to Benoit; memorialise $2.5\%$ fee in meeting notes.
• Benoit → Resend callback URLs for test & prod RTPNS; resend any missing IP data.
• Hugo → Distribute permission spreadsheet to DMV, OCFO & ETIMS for completion.
• Sujay → Decide on SSO method (Basic vs. SAML) after consulting Dan; circulate decision.
