  • Line Item 4242: First-floor electrical. Currently locked out of the room. Labeling is complete. Bonding for gas and water is ready for termination but pending a "go" signal from site management.

  • Line Item 4343: This task is not done.

  • Line Item 4444: This issue has been resolved and is complete.

  • Line Item 4545: Monument and building signage. Waiting for final location confirmation and panel details.

  • Line Item 4646: Lighting control panel installation is not done.

Punch List Review: Items 4747 Through 6969

  • Line Item 4747: Trash enclosure storage is complete.

  • Line Item 4848: Generator installation. The unit is set and anchored. Feeders need to be pulled across a distance of 420420 feet. The wire must be upsized to account for voltage drop over this length.

  • Line Item 4949: X4 trellis lights. Not done. These are not on the original submittals. Confirmation is needed if these are being provided by others.

  • Line Item 5050: Carbon monoxide sensors. Code changes (referenced as 20252025 standard) may require combined smoke and carbon monoxide sensors in rooms rather than separate units.

  • Line Item 5151: Sump pump disconnect. Partially done; will be finished after the elevator room work.

  • Line Item 5252: This task is complete.

  • Line Item 5353: Time clock installation. Not done.

  • Line Item 6666: Pool patio stone veneer. Conduit and power are installed. A new request exists for an additional exit sign. This requires difficult access under the laundry chute where workspace height is between 3636 and 4848 inches and width narrows to less than 66 inches.

  • Line Item 6767: Staircase. Not done; waiting on painting.

  • Line Item 6868: Gas and water bonding. The 3/03/0 copper wire is run. Final termination requires crimper equipment, two 4inch4\,\text{inch} pipe clamps, and two 3/03/0 lugs.

  • Line Item 6969: Swap 22-pole 20amp20\,\text{amp} breakers for 22-pole 15amp15\,\text{amp} units. Pending change order approval.

Equipment and Technical Specifications

Generator Anchoring and Inspection

  • The generator has been drilled, set with epoxy, and anchored.

  • Clarification is needed regarding whether a special inspector needs to witness the torquing of the bolts. If no special inspection is required, the team will proceed with torquing the anchors to completion.

String Lights and Anchoring Strategy

  • Screw eyelets will work for the building-side installation.

  • The pool-side wall is CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit) filled with rebar and concrete with a veneer over it. Standard eyelets are unsuitable for this surface.

  • The revised plan involves using eye bolts and tapping the CMU wall, then setting them with epoxy to handle the weight of the string lights.

InstaHot System Requirements

  • The general superintendent requested that the InstaHot heat pump be enclosed in a 3R3R rated can.

  • The unit is an interior-rated heat pump. To accommodate the enclosure, the unit must be disconnected, placed in the box, and re-piped by the plumber before electrical reconnection.

  • A 22-pole, 50amp50\,\text{amp} switch is required for the InstaHot disconnect.

RFIs and Change Orders

  • RFI 2323: LED mirrors and vanity lights are confirmed and resolved.

  • RFI 121121: Half cover plates are finished.

  • EV Chargers: Responsibility for the EV chargers lies with the owner/other parties, not the electrical punch list team.

  • RFI 11181118: This item, regarding the H1A breaker, is reportedly resolved.

  • Change Order - Exit Signs: A change order for adding two exit signs at the pool area is pending or in progress.
