o Definition: The total amount of $CO_2$ caused by a person, product, or company.

o Definition: Categories for emissions. 1 is yours, 2 is your energy, 3 is your suppliers and customers.

4. Greenwashing

o Definition: Lying or exaggerating how "green" or sustainable a company really is.

5. Environmental Compliance

o Definition: Following the environmental laws and rules correctly.

6. Mitigation

o Definition: Taking action to reduce or stop environmental damage.

7. Carbon Offsetting

o Definition: Paying for a "green" project (like planting trees) to balance your own pollution.

8. Circular Economy

o Definition: A system where everything is reused or recycled, and nothing is wasted.

o Definition: Everyone involved or affected by a project (clients, community, team).

10. Deliverables

o Definition: The final products or reports you must give to your boss or client.

11. KPI

o Definition: A number or metric used to measure if you are doing a good job.

o Definition: Comparing your results with the best in the industry to see how you are doing.

13. Workflow

o Definition: The step-by-step process to get a job done from start to finish.

14. Cross-functional Team

o Definition: A team made of people from different areas (e.g., an Engineer working with a Designer).

15. SOP

o Definition: A simple guide or list of instructions for a routine task.
