  • The Christie (Subgrade Box): Located on the backside of the site. It was likely crushed or buried by an excavator during site work and is currently subgrade; Charlie needs to relocate it and bring it back to grade.

  • Electric Room Bottleneck: Access to the electric room is causing delays on multiple items (including Item 4646). Charlie expressed frustration that VCC or the relevant building management are not providing answers or access.

Questions & Discussion

  • Mark: Did you receive the email of the punch list?

  • Charlie: Yes, I did.

  • Mark: Should I just put that (missing blanks for Item 55) on another order?

  • Charlie: I think you should. It's getting missed.

  • Mark: Did you were you able to Frankenstein that thing (Item 1414)?

  • Charlie: I have to order a part for my grinder. It broke. As soon as it gets here, I'll take care of it. Maybe I'll grab Louie's if he's got one tomorrow.

  • Mark: How long is that (Item 5050) gonna take? Like, how many electricians?

  • Charlie: I'd say 8hours8\,hours. One (worker) should be good.

  • Mark: In regards to the wall packs (Item 4949), what info do you need?

  • Charlie: I'm trying to get them to answer that RFI in regards to the wall packs and give me a height off the top of the trellis… it'll matter how I wire or what kind of boxes I use.

  • Mark: Is there anything else we should add, like another line item… any more concerns on-site?

  • Charlie: I think we've touched on everything. Landscapes are almost done… I did lose the Christie on the backside… I think they (excavator) squished it.

  • Mark: Any rumors about that electrical room?

  • Charlie: I don't know. These guys are terrible… they can't answer questions… nobody wants to put their name on anything.
