Students must use the PINK PACKET distributed at the semester's start. If lost, there will be no access to notes for this exam section.
All packets are to be turned in on Monday, 12/15; students should ensure they have their materials with them as exams are to be locked afterward.
Writing Guidelines for CEC Paragraphs
Writing Instructions:
Answers to be written on the lined pages in the exam booklet
Emphasis on neatness and legibility, including correct spelling and grammar
For this section:
You will write using The Quote Sandwich method
Complete one (1) CEC paragraph based on TWO released AP Lit Free Response prompts concerning Macbeth
Prior to finals, prompt practice will be conducted, including:
Annotation of prompts
Writing CLMs (Claim, Evidence, Analysis)
Identifying EV (Meat & Veggies) for each prompt
Vocabulary Portion (30 questions)
Recognition and understanding of both denotation (dictionary definition) and connotation (contextual usage in sentences) of terms from Level E Units 4-6 of Sadlier Vocab.
Suggested study methods include:
