Kozo- a classmate of Nozomi and Shun who admires Mr. Yoshioka

Mrs. Hotta- Shinji’s Mother. She tried to contact Yurkio once after Shinji died but Yuriko never answered her. She does write a letter to Nozomi after Nozomi contacts her late in the book.

Shinji- Yuriko’s first love. They likely would have ended up married, but he died first.

Yuriko-Nozomi’s Mother
