Ethical / Practical Implications & Overall Assessment
Continuing CTG & LTG pressure through security ops balanced by development-oriented E.O. 70 interventions.
Declining crime rates & absence of detected PAGs point to effective multi-sector collaboration.
Lower CCE/CSE underscores need for better documentation & follow-through on traffic-related incidents even when parties settle.
Emphasis on community-based programs (RPSB, IEC drives, basic-services outreach) aligns with whole-of-nation approach, preventing CTG re-infiltration by addressing governance & service gaps in GIDAs.
Statistical trends & operational gains suggest a cautiously optimistic security environment entering the 3rd quarter CY 2025, but sustained focus on rural service delivery & police accountability remains critical.
Motto / Closing Remark (quoted): “PRO-12 — We give service beyond our badge… Alternative Police Approach. Pilipinas Police!”
