Signature Cocktails Overview
- This guide provides instructions and key ingredients for a variety of signature cocktails available at Jay's Steakhouse.
FLYING PRIVATE
- Build Instructions:
- Put all ingredients into a shaker.
- Start with JF Hadens mango liquor/juice.
- Fill a wine glass with ice to the top.
- Shake all ingredients.
- Add 1.5 oz champagne to the tin, then pour into the ice-filled wine glass.
- Key Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Diplomatico Exclusiva (Dark Rum)
- 0.25 oz Select (Campari equivalent)
- 0.25 oz Nonino (Italian herb liquor)
- 1 oz JF Hadens Mango
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 Dash Rhubarb Bitters
- Garnish: Dehydrated Orange
- Flavor Profile: Sour/Sparkling

BRUNCH IN SOUTH BEACH
- Build Instructions:
- Add blackberries to the tin.
- Follow with lemon juice and honey syrup.
- Add rye last, then ice to the tin and shake hard until the blackberries dissolve to achieve a purple color.
- Key Ingredients:
- 1 oz Sagamore Rye
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Honey Syrup
- 3-5 Blackberries
- Garnish: 2 blackberries on skewer, fresh powdered sugar over blackberries

- Build Instructions:
- Place 5 cubes of dragon fruit in the glass.
- Add spicy agave and lime juice.
- Finish with tequila, then shake all ingredients.

- Build Instructions:

- Add lemon juice, Orgeat syrup, and Italicus.
- Finish with gin and fill the tin with ice, then shake.

- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Liquid Alchemist Orgeat
- Peychaud's Bitters
- Small handful of mint

JAY’S OLD FASHIONED
- Build Instructions:
- Pre-batch: Start with 3 dashes of bitters over the brown sugar cube.
- Add a bar spoon full of cherry juice and soda water, then muddle.
- Mix all in the DOF.

- 2 oz Woodford Rye
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Demerara Sugar Cube

JAY’S TEQUILA ESPRESSO MARTINI
- Build Instructions:
- Start with vanilla syrup in the tin.
- Add JF Hadens espresso and finish with tequila.
- Add ice to the tin and shake all.
- Key Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Milagro Reposado
- 0.75 oz JF Hadens (espresso liquor)
- 1.5 oz Fresh Espresso
- 0.25 oz Vanilla Syrup
- Garnish: Dehydrated Lemon

ALL GROWN UP ORANGE JULIUS
- Build Instructions:
- Start with orange juice, followed by heavy whipping cream.
- Add vanilla syrup and spirits last.

- 1.5 oz Stoli Orange Vodka

- Build Instructions:

- Build Instructions:
- Add all items in a mixing jar, then add ice and stir.
- Whip the heavy cream, pouring it over the drink with the bar spoon upside down.

- 1.5 oz JF Hadens espresso
- Banana Cacao Float
