Salta Trip Notes

Day 1: Arrival and City Exploration

• Traveled from Buenos Aires to Salta by plane early in the morning.
• Explored the city of Salta on foot.
• Visited the Archaeological Museum:
  • The speaker's father enjoyed the museum.
  • The speaker found it a bit boring.
• Ate asado at a restaurant, but it was a bit disappointing.

Day 2: Tren a las Nubes (Train to the Clouds)

• Took the "Tren a las Nubes," which is one of the highest trains in the world.
• The train route covered plains and spectacular mountains.
• The trip was described as impressive.

Day 3: Mountain Excursion

• Went on an excursion through the mountains.
• The speaker enjoyed it because the landscapes were incredible.
• Bathed in a very nice river due to the good weather, and it was very fun.

Day 4: Departure

• In the morning, the plan is to visit the city to buy gifts for family and friends.
• In the afternoon, return to Buenos Aires.
• The speaker is a bit sad but also happy to share the trip with friends.
