  • Understandable, logical, or consistent.

  • Bad temper or surly person

Derelict

  • In poor condition due to misuse, age, or neglect.

Inevitable

  • Unavoidable; Bound to happen or Certain to happen

Withered

  • Dried up and shriveled

“It’s a matter of semantics”

  • Two people saying the same thing in slightly different ways

Dramatic Irony

  • The audience knows something but not the characters in the story, often to their apparel

Conniption

  • A fit of rage or hysterics

Happenstance

  • Coincidence or a chance of happening

Pessimist

  • Someone who looks at the negative side of things and/or life

  • To raise, hold, or lift up, and/or hold up for adoration

Diligent
