Explain one type of tourism:

Historical Tourism is where tourist are usually more interested to learn about the history of their destination. They may like the spend their time visiting significant buildings, artefacts, monuments and may listen to stories.

Discuss specific impacts on a place you have studied:

There are many economic, social and environmental impacts due to historical tourism. Historical sites were not designed to cope with high amounts of visitors and therefore lead to the destruction of the site. Some environmental impacts, for example, inside the Pyramids of Egypt, sweat and the breath of tourists are slowly eroding the inside of tombs and damaging paintings.
