DEFINING PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

• Public: Relates to the collective interests of a community (e.g., students at PUP).
• Administration: Combination of Latin words "ad" (to) and "ministare" (to serve/manage) meaning management of affairs.
• Public Administration: Management and implementation of government policies aimed at benefiting the public. It ensures efficient delivery of services by government agencies.
