- This system is specifically located on the computers in the reception area.
- Used to manage member check-ins.
Member Check-In Process
Tagging In
- When members tag in, their profile displays crucial information including:
- Member's picture
- Membership details (name, membership number, date of birth, package info)
- Any important messages (e.g., "member needs fingerprints")Fingerprint Enrollment
- If a message indicates that fingerprints are needed, staff must instruct the member to scan their fingerprints to clear the message.
Membership Information Display
Key Information Displayed
- Member's name, member number, date of birth, package information.
- Minimum duration and end dates highlighted:
- Green for members within their contract term.
- Red for members outside their contract term.
- Additional details:
- Membership duration start date
- Debit order date

- First access — highlighted in green if it is the member's first time using their card. If the logo appears instead of the picture, ask the member to tag in again to display their photo.

Black Tag / Buddy Tag Concept
Buddy Tag (formerly referred to as Black Tag)
- Used for specific membership permissions and allowances.
