Dynamic Processes:
Influenced by water, wind, earthquakes, temperature.
Engaged in continuous transformation through scouring, fracturing, movement, and melting.
Historical Record:
Rocks preserve millions of years of geological changes.
Provide insights into the Earth's features (mountains, oceans, canyons).
