  • How acceleration changes it

There are five main variables

  • Velocity

  • Acceleration

  • Time

  • Displacement

There are also five kinematics equations and each one connects 4 of the 5 variables

if acceleration is zero, you don’t need those equations

Only use v=d/t

  • Cinematics = motion physics

    Variables

  • V1 – velocity

  • V2 – final velocity

  • a – acceleration

  • d – displacement

  • t – time

  • kinematics acceleration – use kinematics formulas

  • No acceleration – v = d/t only

  • All motion in physics uses vectors (direction matters)
