Background for Participants

Are training objectives?

General Objectives

  • Pertain to objectives that are pertinent to the overall training program

  • What are the objectives you want to achieve for the entire program

  • Create positive organizational Culture

    • Benefits new organization

    • Through training, we can create that culture within that organization

Specific Objectives

  • Pertain to each theme or construct

  • 1 specific objective for each themes

  • The group used a variety of verbs to elaborate the objectives

  • Action verbs must be used.

  • Improve particular skillsets for enhanced proper verbs.

Budget Proposal

  • Declare the expenses in the draft

  • Only with sponsorship can remove the expense proposal

  • All items needed for the proposal (Absolute)

  • 2 Energizers

  • 4 SLEs for 4 themes

  • All SLE materials should be declared in the proposal

  • Item Description = Describe Item

  • Individual Item costs = Php

  • Quantity = Specific like blindfold (lengths), Drinks (25 pieces)

  • Ind Item Cost x Quantity = Total Costs reaches overall total

  • Careful with extra expenses = excess fee or unforeseen expenses

  • Snacks = Morning and Afternoon = needs to be specific with food (like yumburger from Jollibee)

  • Lunch food needs to be specific (like how many rice etc)

  • Dietary preferences of the party you are holding

  • Certificates (needs to be hardcopies)

    • But if it is costly, then eCertificates are fine

Program Flow

  • Must be specific

  • Start with opening time and closes with closing remarks or pic taking

  • Person in charge (Call time)

    • Specific Materials like whistles

  • Registration, attendances sheet, pens, name tags

  • 2 energizers = 1 each morning and after lunch

  • Lunchbreak for 1 hour only

  • Snacks should be not more than 15 minutes

  • 2 Ice breakers

  • Each theme should have a lecture

  • About 10 minutes lecture

  • SLE first before Lecture (We don’t want the participants to know what the SLE is about)

  • Fused debriefing and lecture
