DRIVE THRU REGISTER ROUTINE

  1. Welcome

  2. Hand off

  3. Tender

  4. Confirm & Finish

* NOTE: If they are using their STARBUCKS CARD, make sure to ask if they have starbucks rewards they want to use. If customer pays with their phon, ask them to hold it out. Do not take phone from customer as it may be dropped.

BEVERAGE ROUTINE

  1. Label & Write on Cup

  2. Queue shots

  3. Add syrup

  4. Steam milk (Aerate for 1-3 or 6-8 seconds)

  5. Finish & Top it for hand off

STEAMING ROUTINE

  1. Pour milk

  2. Aerate 1-3 seconds (6-8 for cappuccino/macchiato)

  3. Auto steam milk

  4. Sanitize steam wand

  5. Groom milk

BLENDED BEVERAGE ROUTINE

  1. Label & Write on Cup

  2. Pump coffee

  3. Pour milk to LL

  4. Empty cup into blender

  5. Add flavor and base

  6. Add ice

  7. Press 1 & blend

  8. Finish, add toppings, handoff

SHAKEN ICED TEA & REFRESHERS ROUTINE

  1. Label & Write on cup

  2. Add base/concentrate (BL)

  3. Add water/lemonade/milk (ML)

  4. Add flavor

  5. add ice (IL)

  6. Shake 10 times

  7. pour into cup

  8. finish, handoff

ICED COFFEE & COLD BREW ROUTINE

  1. Label & Write on cup

  2. IF REQUESTED, pump syrup

  3. Add coffee to UPPER LINE.

  4. Add ice

  5. finish/add creamer/handoff
