Types of Hyponatremia

         - Typically a 3% saline solution (hypertonic).

       - Definition: Excess secretion of antidiuretic hormone leading to fluid retention.
       - Intervention:
         - Restrict fluid intake.
         - Treat with an antidiuretic hormone antagonist.
           - Key Drug: Declomycin (part of the tetracycline family) must be administered without food, specifically avoiding dairy and antacids, to ensure optimal absorption.

Drug Interaction Considerations

      - For patients on lithium (common for mental health disorders), it's essential to monitor lithium levels.
