- Program Leader and Personal Tutor are primary contacts for general course questions and support.

- Staff aim to reply to emails within 48 working hours (Monday-Friday).

- Attendance is crucial for academic success; there's a positive linear relationship between attendance and grades.
- Swipe your student card to track attendance.
- Report absences via the attendance management app.

- 25% of this year's overall grade contributes to your final degree classification; good performance now reduces pressure for the third year.
