Describe Catholic beliefs about life after death (5)

Firstly, Catholics believe that after death, you will resurrect just like Jesus did. St Paul states, ‘Just as Jesus was raised, so too you will be raised.’ This influences them follow the example of Jesus so that them will be saved

Secondly, Catholics believe that life doesn’t end at death and it continues on. In the CCC, it states that ‘death is the end of earthly life.’ This influences them to believe after death, they can have eternal life with God.

Lastly, Catholics believe that Jesus leads to eternal life. In John, it states that if they believe then you ‘will live even though they die’. This influences them to believe that believing in him leads to everlasting life with him.
