    • Logical steps or points that lead your message to a conclusion

  • Clear

    • Consider audience

    • Presentation(visual and oral)

    • Technology

  • Concise

    • Straightforward

  • Punctual

    • Sensitive to time constraints

2. Ethical (good character, doing whats rigth)

  • Egalitarian - “equal”

    • Everyone need respect, expectations, access to information and rewards of participation.

    • In communication - speak and write in a way that is relevant to all of your listeners and/or reader.

  • Respectful

    • Use passion and enthusiasm without manipulation

  • Trustworthy
