Introduction Structure

  • Starts with a hook (not too specific or broad).
  • Relates to the reader.
  • Provides context (introduces examples).
  • Concludes with a thesis for the essay's roadmap.

Body Paragraphs

  • Begins with an argument statement.
  • Employs Bottom to Top method:
    • Connects personal examples to the topic.
  • Avoids introducing new examples; focuses on existing knowledge.

Example Structure (PEEL Method)

  • Point: State your argument (topic sentence).
  • Evidence: Provide details or examples.
