Flowers Induction

Fractionation Induction / Doctor Flowers Induction

Overview

  • The process being discussed is known as the Fractionation Induction or Doctor Flowers Induction.

  • While this is not a new method, variations and added subtleties have been introduced to enhance the experience.

  • These two inductions, which will be showcased in this program, are described as the only two needed for effective induction.

Purpose of the Induction

  • The primary objective at the end of the first session is to condition the participant.

  • This process emphasizes teaching the participant a self-guided process of induction so they can replicate it independently at any time.

  • The induction process is simple, natural, and effective, allowing individuals to engage in self-hypnosis.

Pre-Session Preparation

  • Participants are encouraged to ensure they are in a disturbance-free environment where they can dedicate time and attention throughout the session.

  • Sitting is recommended over lying down for better engagement with the induction process.

Induction Process

  1. Initial Focus
       - Participants are instructed to look up towards a high spot on the wall at approximately a 45-degree angle.
       - No head tilting; the focus is on rolling the eyes up and concentrating on one specific spot.

  2. Eye Closure Ritual
       - After focusing, participants are guided to close their eyes.
       - Comfort is emphasized, stating that they don’t need to be overly relaxed; moderate comfort is sufficient.

  3. Countdown Technique
       - The facilitator begins a countdown from 10 to 1, incorporating the commands "open" and "close" between numbers.
       - Participants are instructed to open their eyes when they hear "open" and close them when they hear "close."
       - The effort required to open and close the eyes should diminish with each repetition, embracing a sense of slow motion.

  4. Enhancing Relaxation
       - Each time the eyes are closed, the sensation of comfort and calmness doubles.
       - Participants are reminded that it is natural for their eyes to want to stay closed.

Deepening the Experience

  • Upon closing their eyes, participants are encouraged to envision the number 10, allowing its presence to fade as they focus on sensory relaxation.

  • Techniques to facilitate comfort include:
       - Visualizing numbers on different surfaces like a dry erase board or beach sand.
       - Using deep breaths as a means to reinforce relaxation.

Countdown From 10 to 1

  • 10: Envision and let it fade. Open and close eyes; double comfort.

  • 9: Allow thoughts and stress to fade away. Open and close.

  • 8: Experience deep relaxation. Open and close, embracing tranquility.

  • 7: Continue to deepen peace. Open and close.

  • 6: Send waves of peace through the entire body. Open and close.

  • 5: Notice heavy or light feelings of relaxation. Open and close.

  • 4: Feel pleasure in keeping eyes closed. Open and close.

  • 3: Maintain openness to further processes. Open and close.

  • 2: Deepen comfort and receptivity. Open and close.

  • 1: Eyes stay closed; feel that everything is right, open to new experiences.

Visualization Exercise

  1. Movie Screen Visualization
       - Imagine a movie screen presenting an ideal version of oneself who has achieved desired goals.
       - This ideal self navigates obstacles with ease and grace, embodying empowerment and success.

  2. Immersion Into the Movie
       - Participants are asked to jump back to the start and immerse themselves in the movie, experiencing it from a first-person perspective.
       - They should engage all senses: seeing, hearing, feeling, adapting the perspectives of the ideal self.

  3. Absorption of Qualities
       - Participants should envision floating qualities like strengths, abilities, beliefs, and mindsets from the movie back into themselves, internalizing these aspects.

  4. Resultant Change
       - They are encouraged to reflect changes in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, aligning more closely with the ideal self.
       - The process is rooted in the subconscious mind, which interprets imagination and reality similarly, allowing for effective transformation.

Reinforcement Techniques

  • To access this mental space powerfully, participants need only look up and count backward again, recreating the process and engaging in the mental movie.

Conclusion of the Session

  1. Reawakening
       - When the participant is ready, they are encouraged to open their eyes at the right moment.
       - Breathing in deeply and exhaling with an audible sigh signifies completion of the session.

  2. Affirmation of Presence
       - Participants should acknowledge their right to occupy space; no space is wasted when filled with their presence.
       - A self-embrace is encouraged, followed by another audible sigh to mark the session’s conclusion.

Final Thoughts

  • Sighing at the end serves as a neurological marker for completion, indicating closure to the session, similar to finishing enjoyable experiences.

  • Closing remarks express gratitude for participants' engagement and reinforce positive messaging: "Be well, do good, be true to who you are, and happy healing.", encouraging a reflective and positive mindset.
