The conjugation for "ser" in the present tense:

Ser means to be. You can use ser to identify a person or say where he or she is from.

  • Yo soy - I am

  • Tú eres - you are

  • Él/ella/usted es - he, she is

  • Nosotros/as somos - we are

  • Vosotros/as sois - y’all are

  • Ellos/as/ustedes son - they are
