Bed Pan Output [6 MIN][GLOVES]: gloves, paper towel, graduate, i and o sheet, pencil, bed pan, toilet paper, 3 washcloths, warm water, and soap.

Blood Pressure [3 MIN]: sphygmomanometer, stethoscope, recording sheet, pencil, 2 alcohol wipes.

Catheter Care[7 MIN][GLOVES]: 1 towel barrier, 3 wash clothes, wash basin, warm water, soap, privacy blanket, and gloves.

Denture [2 MIN][GLOVES]: gloves, washcloth, paper towel barrier, denture paste, denture brush, emesis basin, and cool water.

Dressing [6 MIN]: shirt, pants, socks.

Feeding [6 MIN]: diet card, i and o sheet, pencil, spoon, clothing protectors, 2 paper towels, wipes, food, and liquids.

Hair Care [2 MIN]: comb/brush, towel, and mirror.

ISO GOWN[10 MIN][GLOVES]: gown, gloves, 2 paper towel barriers, 2 alcohol wipes, graduate, i and o sheet, pencil.

Occupied Bed [7 MIN]: fitted sheet, flat sheets, blanket, pillow case.

UnOccupied Bed [5 MIN]: fitted sheet, flat sheets, blanket, pillow case.

Mouth Care Conscious [4 MIN][GLOVES]: towel barrier, washcloth, toothpaste, cup with water, emesis basin, tooth brush, clothing protector, gloves.

Mouth Care UnConscious [5 MIN][GLOVES]: 1 towel barrier, 1 washcloth, emesis basin, mouth wash, cup, 2 toothees, water, clothing protector, gloves.

Nail care [4 MIN]: 1 towel barrier, emesis basin, 1 wash cloth, warm water, emory board, nail file.

PERI CARE [12 MIN] [GLOVES]: 2 towels, 5 cloths, privacy blanket, wash basin, warm water, soap, gloves.

Position on Side [4 MIN]: 4 pillows.

ROM Hip and Knee [3 MIN]: no supplies.

ROM Shoulder [3 MIN]: no supplies.
