Ambiguous Pronoun - used with more than one nearby noun as possible antecedent

Remote Pronoun - occur when a pronoun’s antecedent is too far away from the pronoun

Indefinite Reference - occurs when the personal pronoun ‘they’,

‘it’, or ‘you’ is used without a clear antecedent

Broad Reference - occurs when a pronoun refers to a general idea instead of a noun
