Define unconscious bias and give an example: Unconscious bias means prejudice for or against certain groups of people that can operate outside of our conscious awareness. An example is ageism where people prejudice against old or young people.

Define concession: it's an argument technique where it's to admit that someone else is right and you're wrong.

When does / what are two ways might concession be used?

Concession might be used to acknowledge someone in an argument who has a fair point.

Concession might be used to reach a compromise and to avoid conflict.
