I am reading a book on women’s health, it greatly implies that diet has a large affect.
on overall well-being, particularly in relation to hormonal balance and reproductive health.
Through my reading i can infer that my diet and lifestyle is making an impact on both my physical and mental health, as well as influencing my energy levels and mood fluctuations.
Whenever my mom asks for my phone I am reluctant, as she gets real curious and may look through it.
Many times I express myself and it is not taken correctly, Because of this I have grown reticent with certain people

Quote 1 - Language is the only human home as no other animal can use it. It is unique to only us.
Written Response
1) If you know fewer words you have no less thought than the next person. I believe as well as others that “,attempting to convey information and knowledge without a shared system of symbolic representation is quite hard; but not impossible”(Kognity). Many people think in pictures while knowing a language, to generalize and condense thoughts only to what can be expressed through language would be an injustice to those who don’t need or use speech as expression. Knowing less words does not equal having less thoughts.
2) Knowing less complex words does not equate to having less complex thoughts, aside from forms of expression. This highlights the importance of recognizing diverse cognitive processes and the value of non-verbal communication in understanding human thought.
