  • Risa Olivas will escort fourth and fifth-grade students to their testing locations.

Contingency Plan for Early School Shutdown

  • If school needs to be shut down early due to weather conditions (e.g., snow), central office will provide directions.
  • Students who have already started testing should be allowed to finish.
  • If necessary, the tests will be paused or suspended based on district directives.

Weather Considerations

  • The weather forecast is being monitored for potential snow or wintry mix, particularly on Thursday.
  • CBS 7’s First Alert weather app, which provides hourly updates, is being used to track weather conditions.

504 Documents

  • A bulk print of 504 documents (A through M) is in progress.
  • McLemore knows how to print specific ones, but assistance is needed in their absence.

Classroom Walk-Throughs

  • A sweep of classrooms has been initiated to check on conditions.
  • A second sweep of fifth and fourth grade will occur later.
  • Checking on Ms. W (Wagner) is also important.

Morning Issues and Expectations

  • Breakfast should not be ongoing in classrooms as late as 5 to 8 minutes after the bell.
  • Students should be retrained to adhere to the schedule.
  • Students who are late to breakfast should be given a limited time to eat before discarding the rest.

Staffing Issues

  • Crespo and Olgin were found sitting and chatting during service time; must address to make sure all kiddos are getting their service time.
  • Contacting people for sped interviews.
