Required Documents for Enrollment

Candidates must present the following documents at enrollment:

  1. Original Admission Notice
  2. Original high school graduation certificate (or equivalent); if graduated in 2013, a temporary graduation certificate is acceptable until submission of the original by the start of the following academic year.
  3. Original high school transcript (or equivalent)
  4. Birth certificate (copy)
  5. Student records issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, confirmed by local authorities.
  6. Certificate of eligibility for priority benefits from local authorities (if applicable)
  7. Procedures for transferring Youth Union membership (if applicable). Procedures for transferring Party membership will be guided later.
  8. Notarized copy of citizenship ID
  9. Military service registration certificate and proof of absence (mandatory for male candidates)
  10. Procedures for candidates far from school to register temporary residency (includes household registration form and local government affirmation)
  11. Three 4x6 photos (with name and date of birth written on the back)
  12. Total intake fees when enrolling are 1,837,000 VND, comprising:
    a. Record and health check fee, study materials, student ID: 120,000 VND
    b. Health insurance for academic year 2013-2014: 290,000 VND/year
    c. Personal accident insurance for the full course (4 years): 197,000 VND
    d. Tuition and fees for service improvements for students (credit training format, specifically for the 1st semester of the 2013-2014 academic year for 6 credits):
    - Tuition Fee: 160,000 VND/credit, thus 160,000 VND x 6 credits = 960,000 VND
    - Service improvement fee: 40,000 VND/credit, thus 40,000 VND x 6 credits = 240,000 VND
    e. Admission verification fee: 30,000 VND/candidate.

Additional Notes

  • Candidates who are part of a continuous education program (Liên thông) must also submit the original diploma and transcript of the College program.
  • Candidates must ensure timely attendance as stated in the admission notice; late acceptance is only allowed if stated conditions are met.
