a where students of any year could come in to talk about their mental or things they have be struggling with in school

In addition as part of this role, there was an event held at my school before the christmas holidays to offer a christmas dinner for the elderly. Many elderly people were invited and we as well as the other members of our sixth form leadership team were tasked in making them feel comfortable and providing plates of food and tea for them. As well as interacting and start conversations with them whilst we waited for the main activities.

This taught me how to show respect to people and understand them. Often I do not interact with elderly people this gave me a new outlook on how I perceive them.
