Neurodevelopmental disorders
A heterogenous group of conditions including ADHD, ASD, motor disorders, language disorder, specific learning disorde, and intellectual disabilities- children with these may experience difficulties with attention, learning, language, motor skills, social relationships, behaviour, and other neuropsychological functions. (symptoms & behaviours change as children grow and mature).

Gliger and Kaplan (2016) proposed the concept of atypical development in 2001. They suggested individual differences in cognition are assoicated with brain development
