Develop KM Strategy
- KM Vision: A look into the future at how the organization can be, or should be, in the context of knowledge.
- KM Objective: Specify what could be immediately attained within the shorter-term to move the organization closer to the attainment of its vision.
- KM Strategy: A plan that describes how an organization will manage its knowledge better for the benefit of that organization and its stakeholders. A good KM strategy is closely aligned with the organization’s overall strategy and objectives.
