The Philippines is undergoing a significant educational reform through the K-12 curriculum, necessitating the development of new instructional materials.
Physical Education is a mandated course in tertiary education based on the Philippine Constitution’s promotion of sports and physical fitness.
This module aims to serve as instructional material for PE Instructors and Professors for PE 1 and PE 4 courses.
